Tequila Drink Recipes
As with the rest of this site, I’ve tried to list only the most popular tequila drink recipes. These Tequila Drinks have also been tried and passed the taste test!!
Tequila Sunrise Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Tequila
- 4 ounces Orange Juice
- 7-up
- Lime bar mix (margarita mix)
- grenadine
Directions:
Fill a highball or cocktail glass with ice. Pour the tequila into the glass of ice and then add the OJ. Top with a splash of lime bar mix and 7-up. Then squirt a generous amount of grenadine into the tequila drink. Serve with lemon slice.
Tequila Comfort Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Southern Comfort
- 1 ounce Tequila
Directions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add Southern Comfort and Tequila
Tequila Cosmo Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces Tequila
- 0.5 ounces Triple Sec
- Cranberry Juice
- Lime bar mix (margarita mix)
Directions:
Fill a highball or cocktail glass with ice. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and then strain into glass. Garnish with lime wedge and straw.
Margarita
Ingredients: 
- 1.5 ounces Tequila
- 0.5 ounces Triple Sec
- 4 ounces lime bar mix (margarita mix)
Directions:
Salt the rim of a margarita glass. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and then strain into glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
Blue Rita
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Tequila
- 0.5 ounces Blue Curacao
- 0.5 ounces coconut rum
- 4 ounces lime bar mix (margarita mix)
Directions:
Salt the rim of a margarita glass. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and then strain into glass. Garnish with lime wedge. Great tequila drink recipes!
Bloody Maria
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Tequila
- tomato juice
- hot sauce
- Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins preferably)
- salt & pepper
- horseradish (optional)
Directions:
Salt the rim of a cocktail glass. Fill the glass with ice and add all the ingredients to the glass leaving the tomato juice until the end. Fill with tomato juice and garnish with lime wedge.
Mexi-Cola Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Tequila
- Cola
Directions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add tequila, top with cola.
Tequila Shot Recipes
Tequila Popper Recipe
Ingredients:
- 0.5 ounces Tequila
- 0.5 ounces 7-up
- grenadine (optional)
Directions:
Pour the tequila first and then add the 7-up. Place a bar napkin or coaster over the shot and slam it down on the bar making sure to keep the napkin securely in place. Make sure that you slam the shot down hard enough to make it fizz. As its still fizzing, slam the shot back (drink it 🙂
Prairie Fire Recipe
Ingredients:
- Tequila
- Hot Sauce
Directions:
Fill a shot glass (shooter glass) with tequila. Put anywhere from a couple drops to half an ounce depending on how much you like / dislike the person you’re buying the shot for (you know you’re not drinking this one for yourself…..without a dare first) …ah tequila drinks
